Sleep

Sleep is a necessity in our everyday lives, it’s when the body recovers and heals from day to day life. Lack of sleep can leave you experiencing frustration, fatigue, stress, anxiety, weight issues, worries, poor performance.
People who come to see me with sleep issues tend to have a cycle of waking up at the same time, waking up in a pattern every two or so hours, or not being able to switch off!

By working within the sub conscious mind through hypnosis you can access the issue and let go of it and/or make positive changes that is right for you enabling you to sleep soundly and peacefully.
