IBS

Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS is very common. It is thought to affect between 5% and 10% of the population and is more common in women, however children too can suffer with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. In total, between 5 and 7 million people are thought to suffer the pain, discomfort and inconvenience of IBS, however these vary from person to person
the main causes of IBS are stress and anxiety, and in some people, certain foods can trigger IBS. It is claimed that reducing your anxiety will reduce your IBS.
